Booking Process
Sessions are organized one month at a time, with the flexibility to make changes or reschedule as long as you provide notice. Most clients book weekly sessions throughout the month to maintain consistency. You’ll also receive a monthly program with additional workouts to complete between your in-person sessions.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session more than 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full session fee.

We accept credit card, debit, cheque or cash.
